The ethos of the restaurant was to offer local and traditional cuisine to the public, especially to the all national and international tourists, since El Tajo is located in one of the most popular destinations on the Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n

Always trying to deliver a warm and relaxed atmosphere, making customers feel like home, and this is the main reason as to why today we can call many of our customers \u201cfamily\u201d,\u00a0 which would not be possible without the untiring work and commitment of our experienced staff.<\/p>\n

In 2017, their son Javier, after graduating from the Benalmadena’s Hospitality School, and the Sommelier\u2019s School in Madrid and Marbella, takes over the management, bringing with him a wide experience within the hospitality industry.<\/p>\n

Javier\u2019s purpose remains to keep the same business philosophy and values inherited from his parents, along with his passion and love for this profession.<\/p>\n
